Uncomplicated and somewhat undiscovered. Known for its health facilities, spacious lawns, and proximity to Downtown Denver, Mayfair is tucked quietly between Colorado Boulevard, Monaco, Colfax, and 6th Avenue. Surrounded by some of the strongest neighborhoods in Denver – Park Hill to the north, Hilltop on its southern border, and the communities of Lowry and Stapleton to the east – residents here can take advantage of the perks of these areas without such a steep price tag. You can still find a single-family home for under $300,000.

On Colorado Boulevard you’ll find an assortment of casual dining spots, coffee shops, and other amenities. Colfax offers a string of conveniences and a variety of restaurants.
