Stapleton

A forward-thinking, new community. Once the sight of Denver’s airport, Stapleton is one of Denver’s youngest neighborhoods and is now home to thousands of residents seeking both suburban convenience and urban energy. This sprawling community boasts common yard space, mixed-use zoning, and an overflowing commitment toward economic development, environmental responsibility, and social equity.

Lowry

An idyllic community. The sound of children laughing can be heard around nearly every bend. Summer festivals and farmers markets brighten already sunny days. Neighbors become friends, and friends build a community. Welcome to Lowry. Once a functional Air Force base and now truly the talk of the town, Lowry has evolved into a family- friendly, mixed-use urban neighborhood. It’s located between 11th Avenue, Alameda, Yosemite, and Monaco Parkway.

Hilltop

Lush and lovely. Between Colorado Boulevard, 6th Avenue, Alameda, and Holly is prestigious Hilltop. The well-kept streets and lawns and central location make it a hot real estate item for Denver's best. Homes, many rebuilt and with "pop-tops", include a collection of styles from traditional English Tudors and custom 1950s style ranch homes to contemporary multi-levels and million-dollar castles.

Crestmoor

Stretch out along this stretch. Between 6th Avenue, Alameda, Monaco, and Holly is Hilltop’s neighbor, Crestmoor. While homes are newer by neighboring Hilltop standards, the mature landscaping, large lots, and central location increase property values and make it a perfect place to call home. Crestmoor boasts everything from traditional English Tudors and custom 1950s style ranch homes starting at $500,000 to contemporary multi-levels and million dollar mansions.

Cherry Creek

Denver’s own little Rodeo Drive. This is citified living with more than a hint of arguably justified attitude. With two Denver billionaires, Christian Anschutz and Donald Sturm, at the helm of a massive makeover, Cherry Creek North has some of the most valuable residential and retail real estate in the Denver area. The tony shops, restaurants, salons, and hotels define the style and sophistication of this upscale district.

Cherry Hills Village

Cherry Hills Village has only high-end single-family homes. You will not find a single condo, town home or multi-family dwelling anywhere within the city limits. Its all million dollar estates and championship golf courses for this exclusive neighborhood located just 6 miles south of Downtown Denver. Golf fanatics will love the bragging rights. There are nine public and private courses near Cherry Hills and the Country Club has hosted several PGA and LPGA Major Championships. Other outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Highline Canal with cottonwood-lined biking and hiking paths and equestrian trails that will take you on tour of nature through rolling plains and sprawling parks.

Greenwood Village

Greenwood Village was first settled in the mid-1800s among endless orchards and bloomed to support the growing mining industry. A mere 8 miles south of Denver, today’s Greenwood Village is an upscale commerce and residential mecca that has managed to hold on to its rural origins.Horse properties and mansions bump up against business parks and the Tech Center. With its own downtown-like economy Greenwood Village is a great place for professionals and families. You can’t miss the 300 acres of parks, 100 acres of undeveloped open space and a trail system with more than 40 miles of scenic walking and biking paths.

Wash Park

A city jewel. Mature trees, know-your-neighbor streets, and landscaped lawns make Wash Park, as the locals say, a highly coveted area. Surrounding and facing the park are bungalows and duplexes that have been preserved and expanded as well as some extravagant new builds. The views of, and access to, Denver’s most popular park make this neighborhood on the pricier side, but the village-esque feel, with ice cream and baby strollers, make it all worthwhile. Located between Alameda, I-25, University, and Downing, this neighborhood is as charming and central as they come.

Park Hill

Shady streets and large lots. Home to the 42nd Governor of Colorado, John Hickenlooper, and his family, Park Hill is listed by the American Planning Association as one of the “10 Great Neighborhoods in America for 2008.” One of Denver’s oldest and most cherished neighborhoods, Park Hill South sits between 23rd Avenue, Quebec, Colfax, and Colorado Boulevard.
