Bob Aspinwall is a Denver native.  He obtained his real estate license in 1979 and went to work for Van Schaack & Company in Cherry Creek.  At the time Van Schaack was the largest real estate company in Colorado.  It proved to be a great training ground for Bob as his career progressed.  

 

Bob served  a three year term on the Board of Directors of the Denver Board of Realtors Association as well as being elected to the office of President for the Denver Board; all total he served for 6 years.

 

Bob and his wife Cady formed Aspinwall & Associates, LLC in 1999 and they built the company to 20 agents and a great support staff.  The couple also renovates homes and have purchased and sold more than 60 projects.  Aspinwall & Associates was sold to a local real estate firm where Bob stayed on to manage.

 

Bob has joined Porchlight Real Estate Group as their Managing Broker. At Porchlight Bob sees a well run company with excellent systems and support staff to make to process of buying and selling homes a smooth experience for their clients. 

 

Bob and Cady have two children; Will and Sarah.  Bob enjoys hiking and is an avid tennis player. He is also a member of a men's book club which started as a poker club and grew into reading books; They have met for the last 8 years and have read over 80 books.
