A little about me
I love the changing nature of the industry and the constant learning that comes from that. Helping people realize their dream of home ownership through first or multiple moves should be a great experience; however, there can be some roller coaster periods and I enjoy assisting my buyers through that process to a final, positive outcome. On the selling side, providing the direction to help a seller get the most money for their home in the least amount of time while creating a win for the buyer as well, is truly rewarding.
It's an exciting place! From the state-of-the-art marketing and huge emphasis on being technologically driven, I find it difficult to imagine another real estate company coming close to PorchLight. The team of well-educated staff members, to our in-house designer and development team, to our director of social media—PorchLight truly has their eye on the future of our market and how to adapt and be cutting-edge all the way.
I currently live in Curtis Park in an 1884 Victorian that was owned by the first NAACP organizer in Denver. My home is in the Five Points Historical book! We love the changing and growing neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great access to the light rail and downtown Denver.
Camping—we love the mountain campgrounds (services or not) or traveling to the U.S. National Parks. I love to golf, but am not particularly good. The garden calls my name, but sometimes it is a battle between the squirrels and me. Reading is my favorite way to relax and I'm pretty open to all genres of print and category.
The proximity to the mountains and the opportunity to be outside year-round.
A registered nurse or hospital administrator. This was the path that I was pursuing when a job transfer brought me to Colorado. I find the medical profession fascinating although I am not dialed in to ER or any of the TV medical dramas.
