PorchLight Named One of Denver Area's Largest Women-Owned Businesses for 2019
DENVER, CO (October 14, 2019) — PorchLight Real Estate Group, a residential real estate brokerage serving the greater Denver metro area and Boulder, announced today that it ranked 11th on the Denver Business Journal’s list of the 2019 Largest Denver-Area Women-Owned Businesses.
The list includes companies operating in a seven-county metro that includes Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties.
This ranking comes just two months after being named to ColoradoBiz Magazine’s list of Top 100 Woman-Owned Companies, where PorchLight ranked 12th—up one spot from its 2018 ranking. Both lists were based on annual revenue for 2018 with PorchLight grossing over $27.9 million.
“We’ve worked diligently to build a brokerage that attracts top-producing agents,” said Amy Bayer, Co-Owner and Co-CEO of PorchLight. “Our team is focused on providing the technology, support, education and culture where our agents are able to succeed by being fully focused on providing one-on-one service to their clients. PorchLight enables agents to grow their businesses and excel at what they do best.”
In addition, PorchLight is committed to diversity at all levels with 75% of the company’s staff and 75% of its leadership positions currently held by women. In stark comparison, Grant Thornton’s 2019 Women in Business Report states that just 31% of senior roles in the United States are held by women.
