"The previous 4 realtors I had experience with in New York didn"t add any value to my home buying/selling experience. There are so many resources available to buyers these days, I wasn"t sure I"d even need a realtor when moving to Colorado. But Coupar went out of his way to make himself available to me by text, phone and email at any hour of the day. He also provided transportation for me during the day to go see multiple listings. (This was great since I take the light rail to work.) Even after the contract was signed, he was attentive to all the questions I had. "In general the thought is realtors are pushy and only after the sale. We found our experience quite the opposite. In working with Coupar we were given insight into the neighborhoods we were looking at as well as adjacent neighborhoods. Because of this we ended up buying a great house in a neighborhood we were not initially looking at.
