  • "The previous 4 realtors I had experience with in New York didn"t add any value to my home buying/selling experience. There are so many resources available to buyers these days, I wasn"t sure I"d even need a realtor when moving to Colorado. But Coupar went out of his way to make himself available to me by text, phone and email at any hour of the day. He also provided transportation for me during the day to go see multiple listings. (This was great since I take the light rail to work.) Even after the contract was signed, he was attentive to all the questions I had. Coupar has great knowledge about the legal process of buying/selling a house. It"s always a good idea to hire a lawyer if you don"t like reading the fine print in contracts, but I didn"t feel I needed one. Coupar is trustworthy and hard working. That"s worth a recommendation in my book."

  • "I needed to give a huge shout out to Coupar, our resident realtor. Now that my house has closed I needed to place Coupar in the lime light. Once I was ready to buy a house, I decided to keep my transaction in house and asked Coupar to represent my family as our agent. Hind sight being 20/20, it turned out to be an excellent decision. On day one, this gentlemen stayed up till 11pm on a Saturday night to ensure our offer was accepted. Towards the end, he worked with the listing agent to get my loan approval addendum signed off on, even though the sellers were in the UK. He was genuinely concerned in not risking our EMD.
