My Real Estate Philosophy:
To provide the best in personal and professional real estate services, led by the highest in ethics, integrity and knowledge. This is not done because of clients' expectations, but because of my commitment to their service.
I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. I will never enter into a client relationship when I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients and sometimes my competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily to get their business. In the long run, I know that my honesty will prevail.
I will never lose sight of the fact that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, work ethic and creativity are what make me so very different from the real estate masses. I will always promote the best interest of my clients, and I will always disclose to my clients all facts that might affect or influence their decision. Many times, a client may disagree with my opinion, but they will never be left wondering about any hidden agenda. Anything I have to say about a property is out in the open at all times. In the end, all decisions are the Clients to make, not mine, and I will always respect their decision.
My Approach to Real Estate:
As a homeowner and having served for almost a decade as the president of the board of directors of a homeowner’s association, I have a unique insight as to what preserves and increases property values. I offer this insight to my clients as another point of view to consider.
Market knowledge and education is paramount in the agent you are working with. PorchLight provides market knowledge that is unsurpassed. This knowledge aids my clients in making the most informed real estate decision, making them feel more at ease and confident.
A minimum number of hours of continuing education are required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission for all licensed agents. I strive to at least triple the number of hours required so that I can best serve my clients with up-to-date knowledge and education.
