About Dan Jaklic

While not a native of Colorado, I’ve been fortunate to call it home since 2008. I grew up about an hour north of Pittsburgh. After college I moved to Vail ”working” as a ski instructor for two years then moved to Boulder for grad school in 2010. With my master’s degree in hand, I went to work for a large corporation through 2015. I realized, through personal development and mentors, the corporate world wasn’t my gig. So I took the knowledge I gained and set out on my dream to help clients buy and sell real estate. I grew my expertise working for two new home builders, building many relationships and selling a variety of homes—60 in 2.5 years, to be exact.

When I’m not working with my clients, my wife Ivy and I enjoy spending time exploring new restaurants throughout Denver. We love to ski in the mountains and hike with our big Bernese mountain dog, Gus. Day-to-day, I love to get a great work-out in—usually biking—and am typically not far from the DU neighborhood, where we live in our ranch-style home.

My approach to real estate is simple: I want to advise you and help you find your ideal house and turn it into your home.

A home is where you live your life. Homes are an investment where you build your wealth. It’s a place where you make memories with family and friends. Each real estate transaction is unique. There are many options to weigh and you need someone you can rely on to lead you through the process. That way you will feel strongly about the decisions you make. I strive to consult with my clients early and often to understand their needs, which guide my recommendations and advice. This helps you make informed and confident decision in-line with your vision of your next home.

Let’s find your ideal house and turn it into your home.
