Why I stay up-to-date on the ever-changing resources available to my clients and routinely educate myself on current market conditions. I preview relevant properties, review what is active and what has sold, and relay key information about specific neighborhoods at every opportunity. Connecting with my clients and understanding their personalities, desires and goals is a vital part of helping them find the right home. My favorite part of being a broker is meeting new people and helping them have positive real estate experiences as they seek their first or “move up” home in the market. When clients decide to work with me again, or offer me referrals, I take their trust in me as the highest possible compliment.

Early on, we’ll discuss your unique situation: your motives for buying or selling, the correct price point for you, which neighborhoods are the best fit, and the features of your ideal new home. If you are selling, I carefully analyze your property’s fair market value and work together with you to come to an ideal price for both your needs and the current market conditions. When it comes to showing properties, I keep my buyers’ criteria firmly in mind, previewing properties to save you the time and frustration of looking at homes that just don’t qualify. For sellers, I focus on listing your home at its full potential and in its best light. With that in mind, I am able to offer an extensive package of services that will help your home stand out from all others on the market. I remain hands-on when we enter the contract process, advising and answering questions every step of the way from offer, through negotiation, inspections, and objections, to closing. And I always make a point to keep in touch post-closing, to be sure all your concerns are addressed.
