My role at PorchLight has shifted from being a full-time real estate professional to one that incorporates my extensive real estate experience and allows me to share that knowledge with our agent population. My goal is to make every transaction at PorchLight a positive experience worth remembering. I believe that communication is the key to get to a successful closing and work with all of PorchLight's clients to ensure that the correct mode of communication is used to meet their needs.
With a sales and marketing background, I came into real estate because I enjoy the different challenges that each transaction requires. From coaching a first-time homebuyer about the nuances of a transaction to helping an experienced seller get top dollar in their marketplace, I bring a wealth of experience to the table and am not afraid to ask questions so I can provide the best solution to an issue. 100% of my business is referrals from past and present clients, but due to my role within the company, I limit that business so that I can provide stellar service to both my clients and PorchLight's agent population.
I like to be up-to-date on the current Greater Denver market so I have taken the time to earn PorchLight's Certified Market Expert- Denver (CME-Denver) designation. I am also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and understand all the ins and outs of the distressed market with my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation among others. I am a Continuing Education (CE) trainer with the Colorado Real Estate Commission and teach Denver Market Education, Contracts and Advanced Contracts classes as well as various CE classes to benefit the PorchLight agents. I also serve as the Denver Metro Board of Realtors' Central District Chair and on the Colorado Real Estate Commission's Forms Committee. All of this gives my clients and our agents an advantage when they are working in our real estate market as I can better explain how the current market may or may not affect home sales.
On a personal note, I am married with a young daughter and son and our pets. I am an avid reader and enjoy gardening and baking- although I rarely eat anything that I bake. I'm a decent skier, but don't recommend that you pick me for any team sports. And, I love french fries.
