About Jake Singleton

My Real Estate philosophy:

Client for now, Client for life. Buying or selling a property is not limited to a one-time event. It is an ongoing transaction that lasts well beyond the closing itself. Real estate trends and market statistics are constantly changing and you need someone that will help keep you abreast of these changes, even after the “deal” is done. Knowledge, professionalism, advocacy and integrity are values all agents should bring to every client, not just for the specific transaction at hand but forever.

My approach to Real Estate:

My phone is always on. The greatest thing I can provide for my clients is to be readily available, constantly seeking additional education, and looking for opportunities now and down the road to provide my clients with top service. Simply running to the store to pick up groceries or going out to dinner with my wife can provide an opportunity to notice new listings or visit neighborhoods that a client might be interested in. Being aware of the inventory, market trends and neighborhood statistics, paired with being available to meet my client’s needs, is essential to achieving the perfect result for either a buyer or a seller. “Luck is when preparation and skill meet opportunity.”
