My approach to Real Estate:
My phone is always on. The greatest thing I can provide for my clients is to be readily available, constantly seeking additional education, and looking for opportunities now and down the road to provide my clients with top service. Simply running to the store to pick up groceries or going out to dinner with my wife can provide an opportunity to notice new listings or visit neighborhoods that a client might be interested in. Being aware of the inventory, market trends and neighborhood statistics, paired with being available to meet my client’s needs, is essential to achieving the perfect result for either a buyer or a seller. “Luck is when preparation and skill meet opportunity.”
