I have been a residential realtor for over fourteen years, most recently as an associate broker at PorchLight Real Estate Group. The past twenty-five years have been spent in some type of sales and marketing capacity, including a stint as the Director of Sales and Brand Development at Colorado Ski Country USA, following ten years as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Intrawest Retail Group. My strengths are decidedly in sales/marketing having created, implemented and managed multi-million dollar campaigns at both positions, prior to my venture into residential real estate.
My mission statement or "goal" in real estate is to form and maintain a profitable business by creating authentic relationships with my clients that transcend real estate. My hope is that my clients would say that, although we may have originally met to conduct a real estate transaction, that their connection to me is not necessary real estate focused, but rather a friendship based on the premise of mutual respect, admiration and enjoyment.
