About Kelly Kummer

About Me:

I was born in Southern California and grew up in Northwest Ohio. I have been a Denverite since 2008 and I am proud to call Denver my forever home. Selling real estate is in my blood; both of my parents were agents and my grandmother was an agent as well. I finally accepted my calling as a Realtor in 2009, after years in the marketing and advertising industry, and I have never looked back. Assisting clients through the real estate process is the most rewarding and fulfilling experience I could imagine and I am excited to continue my success in the industry for many years to come

My Approach to Real Estate:

There are many ways people approach the purchase and sale of real estate. Investors might walk through the door and begin thinking numbers and statistics, first time home buyers could start envisioning a growing family while a newly retired couple might imagine their new boundless life and watching grandchildren grow. From these and every approach in between, I believe that every client not only should receive the best service possible, but they deserve it. I pride myself in providing my clients with exceptional service, and more importantly, treating every client with compassion, honesty, and integrity. With a real estate market that is constantly changing, you can constantly count on me as your real estate expert, consultant, and friend.

I truly love where I live and I believe that everyone deserves the same kind of romance. Being a part of helping people achieve this is one of my favorite things about being a real estate broker. I love knowing that I am able to provide my clients with the best resources available, outstanding communication, top market knowledge, and a level of care that you would only find from a good friend. I strive to ensure that every real estate transaction runs smoothly and successfully, and the best way to achieve this is to understand that every transaction is unique and important. In doing this, I can make certain my clients receive service that is custom to their unique needs and circumstances. I enjoy guiding a client through their first purchase just as much as I enjoy closing on an investor’s tenth rental property. My clients can see that I have a passion for what I do, and before they know it, they are loving where they live as well.
