As a life-long Colorado Native, I know this area like the back of my hand and have seen how the real estate landscape has changed since I began my career 11 years ago. I am driven to work hard for my clients so I can ultimately witness the magic that happens when a buyer finds “the perfect home” or when a seller finally hears that their house has sold. I understand the intricacies of balancing work and life better than most. I am a loving wife and mom of two amazing boys, a yoga teacher, and I make this work all on top of working full time as a Real Estate Broker with PorchLight Real Estate Group. It’s a lot to juggle but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Purchasing a house is obviously a huge investment, and there are risks and pitfalls that come with the process which making it exhilarating, but also quite intimidating. Kelly helped to ease any fears I had by walking me through each step in detail until I felt like I understood. She also offered advice, but never pushed in any direction unless I was fully on board. Finally, She set me up with a fantastic lender, which helped make the mortgage purchase a breeze. Her communication skills, both with the lender and the seller’s agent, were phenomenal. We put a bid on a house early on in the process. It ended up going well above asking price, but she was in close contact with the seller’s agent and updated me as soon as she heard anything. Any time I had a question, Kelly got me a quick answer. As a millennial with a short attention span, this was extremely gratifying. The house I purchased went on the market on a Tuesday. I emailed Kelly and she set up a time on the very next day to look at it. We put a bid down that night, and it was perfect timing because the seller was just about to make their decision. Kelly did everything in her power to help win over the seller and agent, and our bid ended up getting selected! The actual numbers for the purchase ended up being exactly what I had wanted to spend. Best of all, Kelly fought for some seller concessions which helped cover some issues with the house, including getting the entire roof replaced! My lender was extremely surprised that we actually got money back from the seller, as that’s rarely seen in the Denver housing market anymore. When I initially sat down and described what I wanted in a house, Kelly had me make a list of the top items that I needed. Once the dust had settled on the final purchase, she had us look through the list again, and it turned out that every single item had been covered! I had expected to have to make sacrifices seeing that the Denver market is so tumultuous right now, but thanks to Kelly I ended up with exactly what I wanted."
