"Laura Hudgins has been an absolute treat to work with—and one of the most gracious people I have met in recent years! We have worked with Laura on three closed transactions, and probably aren’t the typical residential buyer/seller clients. Our first transaction with Laura-- (searching for and purchasing an investment property)-- was quite small, quite messy and one of Laura’s first. Laura embraced us and our somewhat disorganized ideas, helped focus us, shepherded us through a few failed offers (blind bids) and then terrifically handled the complexities (extended negotiations, insurance claims, mechanical issues, etc.) of the property we finally closed on.
