Lori Pace is originally from Jamaica, West Indies but has spent the majority of her life in Denver, Colorado. She grew up with an appreciation for buildings and entrepreneurship, and worked in her father’s architectural firm for several years.
Lori graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design with a concentration on Architecture and Urban Planning. Her extensive training and work experience in development and sales created an early understanding of the many facets of the industry, including residential and commercial real estate. She is affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and can offer relocation services locally and internationally. Lori was trained as a certified negotiator and seeks to create win-win situations for all parties involved, while focusing on maximizing the return on investment for her clients she calls business partners.

As a real estate investor herself, she knows first-hand what it takes to acquire, own, manage and successfully sell investment properties. Lori utilizes conventional and non-conventional strategies in real estate acquisition and disposition. Her clients have shared how much they have benefited from her passion and depth of knowledge of real estate. Lori has personally bought, owned and sold investment properties and understands the benefits of using creative financing, including using an IRA or 1031 exchange as an investment vehicle.
Lori has the necessary background to provide design consultation to her clients, which is her secret sauce to selling homes and identifying resale opportunities. Lori leverages her expertise in architecture, urban planning and investing to help others achieve their goals, and has personal experience relocating internationally, domestically and locally.
