Coming from the mid-west, seeing mountains, playing in the Garden of the Gods near my relative’s house for the first time, was inspiring at an early age for me. When I was 6 years old, I remember thinking, “One day, I’m going to live here!” That place happened to be Denver, instead of Colorado Springs, many years later, but the joy and excitement that I had when I first experienced Colorado as a child, I still hold in my heart today. I relish everything this incredible city and state has to offer. I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast and love skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping and pretty much anything having to do with the great outdoors. Simply hanging out in my backyard on a summer evening, watching the sunset can be a thrill. There is no other greater place to live than Colorado!


I’ve lived in Denver for over 22 years and know each neighborhood and the western areas, Wheat Ridge, Applewood, Golden, like the back of my hand. Every neighborhood from Washington Park to the foothills has nuances that are specific to that area or type of house, whether it be an older classic, newer modern, or something in between. Maybe closer to parks, trails and outdoor activities, more convenient to schools, work or light rail, are important. Whatever, it is, listening to what a buyer is looking for, educating them along the way, committing to finding the best possible fit in a home and neighborhood that they feel happy and excited to come home to is what I want most for my buyers, and strive for. About Me:

My college education is a BFA with an emphasis in Art History. I sold fine art for many years before I ventured into real estate. I bought my first home when I was 25, have lived in Congress Park, Mayfair, Sloan’s Lake, Highlands, Steamboat Springs, Sunnyside, and now, in Lakewood, closer to the foothills and trails with an incredible city skyline view from my backyard. I consider myself and “urban farmer” with a huge lot, country-like living, neighbors with horses and chickens in my own backyard. I love my home and want to help you find the best place to fall in love with, too.


My background has been in sales and marketing for over 25 years. I have sold real estate professionally for 14 of them, so when it comes time to list your house, you know you are getting an experienced agent who knows what it takes to make your house show the best, price it correctly, market it effectively, and find the next owner.
