"We had Nikki Wiederaenders as our realtor and she was unbelievably fantastic. We bought a foreclosure home in Denver through Hubzu.com. Little did we know that this would be the beginning of a long journey of errors and broken promises that continued to extend our closing date. Not only was she on top of every little detail and advocated for us every step of the way, but she was very fun and responsive to work with. She also saved us $15,000 by working strategically and using her resources to have the seller fix a sewer that was in violation with the city. (The seller was trying to initially rush the sale so they wouldn't need to fix it.) She never once complained once about the arduous process but instead gave us confidence and reassurance that things were going to be ok. She also has a great way of explaining things and setting realistic expectations. It was a bitter sweet experience to close on the house because we were so excited about the house but a bit sad that our daily correspondences with Nikki were over. I will be recommending her as a realtor forever. She is fantastic to say the least"

"Nikki was the height of professionalism when she sold a house for us. Porchlight was incredible as well with staging and resources from painters to cleaners. Not only did the house sell but we got multiple full price or better than full price offers! We attribute this success to Nikki and Porchlight!"
"My agent was Nikki Wiederaenders and she orchestrated the sale of my townhouse in Lakewood, CO. Her advice was spot on, from establishing the sales price, touch-ups to the house before putting it on the market, staging with appropriate furniture, a "market shine" clean, and marketing with open houses and email blasts to other realtors to keep my house at the top of the available lists. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about house repairs and where and who to go to for the best value. When I thanked her for going above and beyond to get my house to its closing, she modestly replied that she does those services for all her clients. Five stars to Nikki and to PorchLight."
"This is what a real estate agent is supposed to be. We purchased our third home (first in Denver) with Nikki Wiederaenders at Porchlight. Previous experiences with other companies on both the buying and selling ends left something to be desired... agents were quick to respond to OUR initiative but were not proactive in helping us find what we wanted in a home or even understand why some minor choices could have major impacts on long-term happiness.
The neighborhood tour, while long, is extremely valuable and gives a great foundation for making your purchasing decision by keeping several houses fresh in your mind instead of only seeing a couple each week.
From day 1 Nikki took the lead, using her area expertise to guide us toward the perfect house even when we didn't quite know what we wanted. I appreciate someone willing to tell me I'm wrong, show me why, and offer a better solution - often something I wouldn't have even thought of. The service doesn't stop at closing either. Nikki's checked in a couple times since then to make sure everything's going well and there were no post-sale issues. I cannot recommend Nikki or the Porchlight group highly enough."

"I will preface this by saying our situation was an anomaly and shouldn't have been this easy, hearing so many horror stories from friends regarding their home-buying journeys. By chance, we happened upon Nikki Wiederanders at a random open house. On the following Saturday she invited us on a market education tour, so we could get to know the different areas of Denver and where our money would take us. It was made clear from the first hour that Nikki knew what she was talking about. Every part of town we went she seemed to know every bus route and train schedule (my wife uses an eco-pass for work, and all the homes she showed us were within 20 minutes of her job).
By chance that day, Nikki took us to a gorgeous little ranch style house that was outdated and not at all what we were looking for. We couldn't stop thinking about this seemingly perfect little house, and Nikki suggested we go back the next day to take a closer look and compare to other properties in the area. She showed us three other places first, and then we went back to the house. We made an offer, and the checklist of items to be completed was made seamless from that day on. It helps to be in the know, especially as a first time buyer.
Between Nikki and our broker, my anxiety was at an all-time low throughout this entire process. Nikki kept calm and was always professional, albeit excited to be on this journey with us, and held our hands as much as we needed.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Porchlight, Nikki, and just how (abnormally) easy she made this out to be. Now comes the stress of moving this weekend. Thank you, Nikki, we love you!"
