I think success revolves around three things: Strong focus on the client, the skill of the individual, and knowledge of the market. I believe that ongoing communication, daily attention to market details, telling the truth about what needs to get done, and simply outworking the competition have made me successful.

I really value my clients’ time by keeping things simple. There is more extraneous information available than ever before. I make sure you get the information you really need to make the best decision for you. Clients are kept well informed each step of the way. Years after closing, it’s not uncommon for me to receive recommendations and referrals from past clients.
