Additionally, I set up showings for the other neighborhood active listings which allows my sellers to know what the competition looks like. For my buyers, it is my belief that it is best to see at least 12-14 houses before making any decision. This allows the buyer to fully cement in their mind what their needs and wants are. It also allows my buyers to get a vivid picture of what their price point can provide them in this über-hot market. This way we know exactly the location, price and specifics for their next perfect house and alleviates the frenzied feeling buyers often feel.
My Approach to Real Estate:
I have worked on many diverse deals and worked through many complex transactions in my real estate career. I have not only worked residential transactions but also office leasing and commercial sales. This experience allows me to effectively navigate any unexpected complications as well as having the insight to foresee complications before they arise. Additionally, I have a full support team that provides me the opportunity to be a full-service broker from start to finish. I recognize that Real Estate is a predominantly a referral-based business, so the better I serve my clients, the more likely they will be to allow me the privilege of working with their family and friends.
