Cherry Hills Village blossomed around the William Flynn-designed Cherry Hills Country Club. Incorporated in 1945, it is one of the most affluent communities in Colorado and the country. With an average home price in the millions, this luxurious community boasts high-end single-family homes and some of Colorado’s most opulent estates. No condos, townhomes, or multi-family dwellings can be found within its city limits.
