Welcome to Southmoor Park
Southmoor Park was developed in the 1960s and ‘70s as a “suburban” area of Denver. It includes the subdivisions of Southmoor, Southmoor Park, and Park Vista. It’s located on the southern and eastern edge of the Denver city limits from Hampden on the north to Belleview on the south, between I-25 and Happy Canyon.
Although most of the homes here were built in the ‘60s and ‘70s, many have been remodeled and updated. Yards are generally large with mature landscapes, and an elementary school is close by. Along the Hampden corridor, residents have amazing choices for restaurants, movie theaters, retail, groceries, and services. Park Meadows Mall is a quick 10 minutes south on I-25.
Commute times are short: about 15 minutes to Downtown Denver and 10 minutes to the Denver Tech Center. Denver International Airport is less than 30 minutes via I-225. Southmoor is also conveniently located along the light rail corridor, making trips to downtown and Park Meadows an easy jaunt.
With its fantastic location, shopping, parks, and amenities, Southmoor is a great option for a fantastic close-in neighborhood with a suburban feel.
