Southmoor Park was developed in the 1960s and ‘70s as a “suburban” area of Denver. It includes the subdivisions of Southmoor, Southmoor Park, and Park Vista. It’s located on the southern and eastern edge of the Denver city limits from Hampden on the north to Belleview on the south, between I-25 and Happy Canyon.

Although most of the homes here were built in the ‘60s and ‘70s, many have been remodeled and updated. Yards are generally large with mature landscapes, and an elementary school is close by.
